This is a light novel about a mecha-addicted teenager who is hit by a car to save a loli from being hit by monsters in a post-apocalyptic alien world where he pilots his mecha through the ages and defeats the monsters and saves the entire human race in an epic battle-- I'm sorry, I shouldn't have done the synopsis so seriously. Well, it's really just a post-apocalyptic, sci-fi harem with an unshakeable harem. I'm going to use what's left of my moderation to assure you that while there will be some funny elements, this is not a happy story.
